Suggestions:

Take a look at the eQuest For Truth website to get a “feel” for the style of articles we like to publish.  Pay attention to how articles are referenced.

Have FUN!  Enjoy studying and reading about the way the horse is made.  Ask a veterinarian, farrier or horse breeder for some information or a topic suggestion! Take notes.  Go to the library.  Get interlibrary loans for the books your library does not have.  Writing for this contest should be an adventure. Anything worth doing will be a challenge—but stick to it and remember, that if it is a joy to write, it will probably be a joy to read!
